The fine print

These terms govern your use of the Ikeba website and your purchase of our flowers, subscriptions, workshops, and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.
Every Ikeba arrangement is handmade with fresh, seasonal, and often exotic flowers. Because nature varies, exact stems, colors, and vessels may differ from photographs. We always honor the overall style, palette, and value of what you order, and may substitute flowers of equal or greater quality when something isn’t available.
Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time. We do our best to keep product descriptions, availability, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel before charging you. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
Flower subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose (for example weekly, biweekly, or monthly) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each recurring delivery.
We offer delivery and pickup within our Miami service area. Please provide a complete, accurate address and ensure someone is available to receive perishable flowers. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by incorrect addresses, an unavailable recipient, or circumstances outside our control. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are made to order, all sales are generally final. That said, we stand behind our work:
Workshop spots are limited and confirmed upon payment. Unless stated otherwise on the workshop listing, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or applied to a future workshop if you notify us in advance. If we cancel a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or a spot in a future session.
Weddings, events, and bespoke arrangements are quoted individually. These projects typically require a deposit to reserve your date, with the balance due before the event. Specific timelines, deposits, and cancellation terms will be set out in your proposal or agreement, which governs in case of any conflict with these general terms.
All content on this site — including text, photography, designs, and the Ikeba name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. We may photograph our arrangements and events and use those images to promote our work.
When you submit information through our site, you agree it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content or decline orders at our discretion.
Our website and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikeba is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
